The International Journal of Biblical Theology and Mission advances biblical and theological scholarship by publishing peer-reviewed research articles and book reviews that exemplify the highest standards of academic excellence in the study of Scripture, theology, and mission. IJBTM is a biannual journal which publishes academic articles from scholars from across the globe in Biblical studies, theology, mission, ethics, church leadership, with an emphasis on the Global South.
The articles and reviews published by the IJBTM conform to the historical grammatical tradition of Biblical interpretation which accepts the divine inspiration of Scripture and aims to discover the original meaning of a biblical author. The journal aims to provide a balanced interpretation of Scripture for students and teachers and the church.
